I love this Salon located in downtown Carlsbad, it's got a great vibe. Michelle, the owner is fabulous and skilled with her color technique. I highly recommend Michelle @ Salty Hair Salon!

Wow. I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am with my experience here. I came in a frazzled mess with a year's worth of at-home haircuts and low-quality box dye and emerged with what is quite possibly one of the best salon experiences of my life.The atmosphere warm and authentic. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly welcomed by everyone -- even the sweet dog. I largely attribute the positive atmosphere to the owner -- Michelle.I was fortunate enough to have her do my hair, and I can't say enough good things about the work she did. (I wish I had a before shot so you could truly appreciate the magnitude of the feat she accomplished!) Creative, passionate, and possessing the technique to back it up, Michelle worked miracles with my hair, staying late until every detail was tended to. Thank you, Michelle for your beautiful work and your dedication to your craft! I feel truly tansformed.

Let me start by saying this salon is an absolute gem in Carlsbad! Not only is it one of the cutest salons I have been in but Michelle, the owner is honestly one of the coolest and most talented stylists I have met. She completely transformed my teenage daughter's hair to a healthy, even-toned cool blonde from a black box dyed with red (also box dyed) streaks! Michelle's color correction skills are amazing! If you or your kiddos need an amazing colorist in North County call Michelle ASAP! She was also very reasonably priced. I can't wait for her to work her magic on my hair next!
