Greenlake Hill is a mid-game area that becomes accessible as you progress to the Chalk Peak region. Typically, this happens when your server enters the second week of the season. Once this occurs, you can enter Chalk Peak and explore Greenlake Hill. In this guide, we’ve detailed all the POIs to explore in this location.
All Greenlake Hill POIs
Greenlake Hill is located in the Chalk Peak region of the game's map. Most areas in this section are for players level 30 and above, and Greenlake Hill is no exception, with a recommended level of 37 for exploration.
To reach this spot, navigate to the coordinates (782, -4505), and you will arrive at Greenlake Hill. Once you are here, you will find the following POIs to explore:
- 1x Rift Anchor
- 1x Elite
- 1x Gear Crate
- 1x Food Recipe
- 1x Weapon Crate
- 1x Mystical Crate
Greenlake Hill Rift Anchor
Greenlake Hill location is an open area, and you can approach it from any side. However, the Rift Anchor at Greenlake Hill is located in the northern part of the area, near the teleportation tower.
If you approach this location from the south side, where you'll encounter mostly empty houses, small structures, and parked RVs, you'll need to cut through these obstacles to reach the Rift Anchor.
Moving through these buildings will likely attract unwanted attention from enemies, leading to unnecessary combat. To avoid this, it's better to approach Greenlake Hill from the north, starting near the teleportation tower.
When you start coming towards Greenlake Hill from the north side, the Rift Anchor will be seen at the center of the empty RVs, guarded by a few ground and aerial enemies.
These enemies should be manageable if you're level 35 or higher and equipped with tier four weapons.
Greenlake Hill Elite Location
To find the elite enemy at Greenlake Hill, continue exploring from the Rift Anchor. Near the parked RVs, you'll come across a cluster of empty tents with benches in the center, surrounding a wooden tower. This is where you'll encounter the elite enemy known as Mother of Life, who roams this area of Greenlake Hill.
Unlike most elite enemies in Chalk Peak, the Mother of Life isn't very threatening. She wanders around the wooden benches, mumbling and crying.
If you take too long to defeat her, she may attract a few nearby enemies. However, if you deal with these enemies first, she poses no real threat.
Defeating her can feel like a chore since she takes a lot of ammo to bring down. Her head is her weak spot, so aim for it with an AR, SMG, or sniper rifle. Alternatively, if you have a Stun Baton melee weapon, you can go all out and keep hitting her until she’s down.
Greenlake Hill Gear Crate Location
After defeating the elite enemy at Greenlake Hill, you’ll find a gear crate on a table near the benches surrounding the central wooden tower. With the smaller enemies eliminated and the elite enemy defeated, you’ll have a clear path to open the gear crate and collect the loot inside.
Greenlake Hill Recipe Location
The upper part of Greenlake Hill features the Rift Anchor, an elite enemy, and a gear crate. To discover more Points of Interest (POIs), you'll need to descend the hill and explore the lower section, where you'll find additional parked but empty RVs and a few surrounding houses.
As you make your way down the hill, you’ll notice two RVs and a car on your right. Follow this path straight ahead, then turn left to reach a tent with wooden boxes and a table. On top of this table, you'll find the Croquette food blueprint recipe.
The Croquette recipe is optional, so even if you miss it, you can still achieve 100 percent completion of Greenlake Hill by collecting the remaining items listed in the checklist on the top left of your screen.
Greenlake Hill Weapon Crate Location
Continuing from the food recipe mentioned earlier, turn around, and you'll spot a giant enemy roaming near the RVs. Behind this giant enemy, there’s a house with a weapon crate placed by the front door.
You have two options: you can either sneak past the giant enemy and quickly grab the loot from the weapon crate or defeat the monster first and then collect the items. The choice is yours, but to achieve 100 percent exploration of Greenlake Hill, you’ll need to secure this crate.
Greenlake Hill Mystical Crate Location
The final item to collect in Greenlake Hill is the Mystical Crate. Near the house where you found the weapon crate, there’s another house with a 'Star' sign on its first-floor wall. It's easy to spot, and you'll also notice a series of stairs leading to a ladder that takes you to the roof.
Follow this path to the top, and you’ll find the Mystical Crate on the opposite side of the roof.
Greenlake Hill Loot Items
Once you have collected enough scrap loot items from Greenlake Hill, return to your base and use the Disassembly Bench. You would highly likely get the following resource materials:
- Various Fabrics
- Carbon Fiber Fabric
- Cotton Fabric
- Plastic
- Adhesive
- Metal Scraps
- Iridium Crystal
