Jonathan is such a nice and understanding associate. He isn’t as good as Robert or Lindsey or anybody but I think he is great in his own sort of “special” way. Do not talk about cats with him or he won’t let you leave. He is kind of creepy with his eye contact too.

Love this store never crowded so you can shop leisurely, pretty much have everything in stock most of the time employees are nice as well 👍🏻

This visit was to the pharmacy for a prescription drop off for my daughter and the customer service there was the worst I have had. I went inside to pharmacy and was not greeted or noticed and there were 2 employees at the time. I was the second person when I walked up and even being second they took all the 4 customers who came in after me to pickup and around 4 in drive thru for pick ups first before me “Fast service if u need to pick up.” Me trying not to be rude I did not burst out and said something through this whole visit instead I was second guessing if I should go across the street to Walgreens but I stayed. So after feeling invisible and now only 1 employee there i was asked wut I needed. I showed prescription note and then after letting know it was for my child I was asked for prescription card Info. I was able to get online and pull up my prescription card on my phone and it was not what they needed but i came last month and had no issue or was asked for card. I Had to call to do my own prescription Caremark verification while other customers were being helped “I did not know they didn’t have me or family info on file since I have CVS Caremark and last month didn’t have this issue.” I Was there a lil after they opened Sunday morning 12pm, and after everybody else got serviced before me I got helped I was told to come back at 3pm to pick up but when I went back at 3pm It was not ready and was told to go back 20min later which finally 430ish I was done with all this. Long explanation of how I won’t be using the pharmacy on Willis St again and worst customer service so far for me from anywhere.

Had a Covid booster scheduled for 1 but they hadn't taken it out of the refrigerator so didn't get my shot until 1:30. Serum should have been ready at 1.

Some of the employees are nice most are not at all. Been treated rudely there more than once.

I signed my 90-year-old mother up on their web site for her Moderna covid booster, which the web site said was available, and got a confirmation of appointment. But when we showed up, they told us it was a mistake -- they weren't ready to give the Moderna booster in spite of what their web site said. So we make the trip for nothing. Not the fault of the local store employees, but there needs to be coordination between the local store and what corporate puts on the web site. My advice: call the store to confirm they have the booster, don't trust the web appointment system. Then call an hour before you go to confirm again.

The woman named Tammy is a sorry excuse of a human being and should never work in place the requires her to interact with customers. Always thinks she's right and tells everyone they're wrong. She does not need to continue working here plain and simple.

They never answer the phone! Not once have they ever picked up when I have called. I've called all throughout their hours, and they have never bothered to answer. To make it worse, their website never has my meds listed in my account! It's always showing a blank screen or a "website is having issues" message. It's a total mess and an utter waste of time. Don't bother with this location, it's not worth the headache.

This is the worst pharmacy ever to go to I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone whatsoever. They are so dumb and don’t know how to do there job the proper way

Really needs to be 0 stars. All they seem to get ready is excuses. It's always we're working on it. The script was sent over, over 24hrs ago and it's still going to be 30 to 45 minutes. And I'm sure that's only because I came in person to check on it.
